Try this: Clean Media Cache in Premiere Pro and Purge all memory and disk cache in After Effects. Delete render files from sequence in premiere pro. Can also try mogrts instead of dynamic link.

Most likely a false positive by AV... Adobe will never ship malware with its products. Anyway, check the file path, if it is in Adobe paths -> false positive. If in another path outside Adobe, this could be suspicious, drop it into Virus Total, check the hash and whether other AV vendors flagged it as malware. In this case it could be a malware masquerading as an adobe file, and here it is not from legit Creative Cloud downloads or updates, but rather your system could be infected from somewhere else, and you have to do security checks.

yes you need to edit the exact same comp, as Paul mentioned, but if you want to keep untouched versions of your initial comp, I suggested that you can use True Comp Duplicator script for After Effects which works really great when creating comp duplicates, that if you want to keep old versions of your comp as you mentioned.

you can use dynamic link between premiere pro and after effects. so you can right click any clip on your premiere pro timeline and choose 'replace with after effects composition' if that is your desired workflow. If export to premiere pro project is not working from after effects, make sure you have the same updated last versions of both premiere pro and after effects.

if you can import .mp4 files to the project panel but can't drag and drop into the timeline, try to reset the preferences. Concerning AEP sequences, you mean you exported them as mogrt? You have to install motion graphics templates from the Graphics Templates panel.

If I got what you mean, if you are trying to change keyframe values: It depends where the mogrt was created, if it was created inside After Effects, you will have to edit it there and re-export. If it was created inside Premiere Pro, you have all the controls mainly in the Effect Controls. (keyframes) That if you are trying to edit the animation keyframes and save the changes as a new mogrt.

make sure you are selecting the right clip on the timeline for which you are keyframing, otherwise you will end up keyframing other selected clips. for simple position keyframing, do it from Motion, why use a transform effect? We mainly use it for additional controls over other same property keyframes when we have complex animation.

Concerning files being stored in Public Documents, different user profiles or admin vs. standard user accounts might cause cache files to be stored in public documents.

can you share your system specs? This error is related to out of memory RAM. Are you on GPU Acceleration or Software Only Rendering? Did you try to update your GPU driver if on Windows?

Try to make your sequence smaller in size if you are not tied to this output size. there is no need to use this sequence size with 960x960 or smaller size footage. can you screenshot your timeline and project panel?

Is the MOGRT downloaded from Adobe Stock? Because Stock contributors are forced to use Adobe Fonts. If no, you should make sure that the MOGRT creator has properly enabled fonts, downloaded licensed fonts (not cracked versions), and properly universalized expressions if the mogrt was created on after effects and if any expressions related to text were used.

You have to do some keyframing on the position, rotation and scale values, make sure to ease in/out keyframe interpolation. All this can be done in the Effect Controls panel. You might want to do some tweaking for the keyframe curves, can do that when you hit the dropdown arrow for each of the properties. For the flickering light, keyframe exposure on Lumetri. You will have to play around... Let me know if you need further help.

try to encode it to SDR rather than using it as HDR if you are not tied to an HDR output. Use FFMpeg on Windows or the encode video from finder on Mac. If tied to HDR outputs, check Color Management: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/color-management.html

Layer Lock issue is not a bug, maybe file a feature request for that, I reproduced it on Macbook Pro. for your other issues, did you try to reset the preferences and update your GPU for your Windows pcs to the latest working studio drivers if using NVidia? For Mac, did you make sure you are using GPU acc. rather than Software Only or CPU?

Make sure you are importing properly: In Media Browser, select the first image and check "Image Sequence" before importing. If using File > Import, ensure "Image Sequence" is checked. Try to save them to another format an check if .png is the culprit
