The easiest way is to collect your projec , so you will get all your assets including the project you work on in a separate new folder than you can open this new project add it to AME and render it, and later you can go back to your original project and keep working as you do before. check this link to learn more about collecting file in AE After Effects Tutorial - Collect Project Source Files Folder - YouTube

AME render only the AE source in the background but it didn't create a backup for the linked files, so when you add AE Project to AME the AE Project will be rendered as it is even if you do any modification later, but the linked file like pictures, video and C4D file will still live and if you do changes on this files it will be update during render.

it's still same in AE CC 2018, so it look you have some issue, but as a quick solution try to use the system color picker, go to preferences/general and select use system color picker (checkbox).

By Default After effects work like this, so there is nothing wrong, so to fix that you have 2 option, you can create null object and parent both layer to the null object or you can do the transformation you want on the shape transform and not the layer transform, and here i'm talking about scale transform, so instead of setting the scale of "Sock" to [-75.4,173.7], keep it at 100% for both value and change the scale from "Transform: Rectangle 1", so try this and let us know.

It's very easy, a Turbulent Displace effect can do this stretch but you need to play with parameters little bit and animate the offset point, now for color you can add a 4-color gradian and change the color to the color you want and to get this smooth effects a cc motion blur can help. please check the picture below also check this small example to get a better idea, and you can create your preset from this effects and use it anytime https://www.dropbox.com/s/k2fcttl2o4wv373/text.aep?dl=0

I think it's a illustrator issue, may your not clean very well before you imported to AE, so may there are some extra unused path or so, try to recheck the illustrator file and keep only the necessary elements (make outline view to see all the existing elements Cmd+Y) and keep each elements in a separate layer.

In picture you send it look you have some keyframes on the trim value, so check the the rectangle path after the keyframes and not before, also with the expression you have i don't think you can get same result if you have one word text and 5 words text, can you send a screenshot from your PC including different text?

It's very simple, if you you have the outline of the church as a AI file (illustrator) you can simply copy and past it inside after effects, or imported as AI file also the shape look very simple and you can redraw this shape using pin tool inside after effects than follow the tutorial you watch on youtube

Most time is a motion tile issue, but your settings look ok, so did you have any adjustment layer or other layer over or behind your "1 tap v2.mp4" (it's not clear from your image) and if so try to check what filter you use. also try to delete the motion tile filter, purge your ram, Edit/Purge/All Memories and disk cash.
