Are you running the free or paid version? With the paid version and the same Adobe id, you should be able to sync the images stored in the cloud. However, with the free version, the images will require reuploading

Others have provided some great advice. Because it sounds as though you are dealing with some non-raster-based layers (logos), you may find that you need to rasterize these layers to be backward compatible.

The beauty of Lightroom is that once you've Imported the files, any adjustments you make are automatically saved; there is nothing for you to do.

You are comparing two different applications that serve different purposes. Classic is the full-featured desktop-based application, and CC is designed for mobile use and doesn't have all the same features.

The attached link shows Adobe's RAW file supported cameras. I do not see the DJI listed, but keep in mind this is routinely updated.
