This is usually a sign of some network issue. Often it is due to the connection to the meeting server being denied but the network policies. With the release of the Enhanced Audio/Video Experience, there are new ports and protocols being used to delver the meeting. It sounds like their browser still has a session cookie that Connect sees as valid. This would allow them to join the room without logging in again. Is is possible that the user is syncing their browser cache between their two computers? Maybe that is why it logs them in automatically on the other device. You should be able to upload an HTML object/presentation to Connect. Just make sure all the files are packaged together in a Zip file and the HTML file that launches the presentation is called index.html. The .eu or .in domains are not used by Adobe. I believe adobeconnect.eu is a domain used by a European reseller, and wouldn't ever be used for a customer account. In a Connect Meeting only users in the Host role can move/resize/hide the pods. This isn't a UX problem, is a room setup problem that a Meeting Host can solve. They can do it before a session starts or durring the session, but that is up to them.   Frankly, if a session is going to be recorded, there should be some pre-recording work put into making the Meeting look and function as desired for when someone reviews the recording. Having pods that overlap and obscure other pods shows that there probably needed to be better planning/setup. Or this could mean that this is exactly what they wanted the room to look like, even if it isn't as expected from your perspective.    This isn't going to be something that Adobe changes, but rather a discussion better had with the folks running these sessions as they are the ones who need to fix it. ... What did you upgrade from? It looks like the robots who make the accounts purchased through Adobe's website messed something up. My guess is that the Meeting Peak Concurrnet Users line should say Unlimited instead of 0. The media server is what actually delivers the meeting to you. An issue with it could lead to lost funtionality or a complete disconnect from the meeting. I've not seen that message before, so I don't know what it could have been that the meeting was seeing to cause that issue. Sometimes the classic, close the room and relaunch it can resolve issues like this that may be something as simple as there was a failed or missed connection of your computer to the server.  ... That's not the right URL convention for a Meeting in Connect. Additonally, https://nccor1.adobeconnect.com just throws a 404 error for me. So either there is something is incorrect about the server URL or the account has been shutdown or disabled. This isn't the normal error you see for a mist typed URL, so I'd think that something should be addressed by the Adobe Connect Support Team. It looks like all services are up and running, https://status.adobe.com/products/3011    Normally a Meeting URL won't have the API or index component. It would be nccor1.adobeconnect.com/meeting. Changing the nccor1 to an account I know is working just results in a Not Found page from Connect, which is what I would have expected. That sounds like Connect is working as expected. In Classic, it did have the ability to keep the room open if you shared a monitor other than the one it was on, but there's a lot that changed between Classic and Standard. Not saying it couldn't mirror that functionality, but the change from Flash to HTML has a lot of odd apples to oranges comparisons. I'll try to bring this to Adobe's attention as a future enhancement of the desktop app, but also keep in mind that with Connect 12 and the new new versions of the meeting, you can screen share from within the browser, so that may solve this issue. ... Yes, Moe can be added to a Meeting after a session. In Adobe Connect, the meetings are persistant, meaning that they remain until they are speicifically deleted by a user. They can be used over and over and can multiple sessions and recordings. Being assigned Host rights to the room, should give you the ability to to edit the recordings associated with that room. If that isn't working you may also need to add Moe to the Meeting Host group, as an administrator. It's been a while since I tested if that was also a requirement for recording editing.  ... Larry just needs to add Moe to the Participant list for the room and assign the Host role to Moe.    You just add the user to list on the right. Then select that user and use the Set User Role button to give them Host rights. they can then edit recordings associated with that room.  Alternatively, you can move the recordings to the Content Library and give Moe Manage rights to the recording, and it will achieve the same thing. Honestly, at this point, if you can start using the beta version of the Enhanced Audio/Video version of Connect, I think that is going to solve most of these issues. It offers full functionality in Connect without the need for the desktop app (though you can still use it if you want). I don't believe you will be able to place a web page as a background in Connect. At least not like you are hoping.  However, Adobe Connect does have an SDK for developing custom pods that allow you to build the functionality you need into your Meeting functionality. I'd suggest looking into this with your developers to look at building a custom pod (as they are commonly called) that launches your web application in a meeting. It could be something in the MP4 encoding that YouTube isn't happy about. I'd test by re-encoding the videos to MP4. You should be able to use just about any application that can spit out an MP4 but a good free app is called Handbrake. https://handbrake.fr/ Try putting the MP4 into there and spitting it back out as an MP4 with the settings of your choosing. It means that they would allow the RTMPS traffic over port 443 to be accessessed without restriction from the VPN. In the case of Adobe Connect hosted by Adobe, it's usually easier to allow all RTMPS traffic from the adobeconnect.com domain, though you can contact the Support team at Adobe and get a list of IP addressess for the cluster that your account is hosted in, if absolutely necessary. The easiest fix is to just use the browser. It will establish a Connection over WSS protocol which VPNs don't generally object to.
