This is odd. If you were storing the customers in the CRM as you stated they would be a customer with their own booking and as their own customer in CRM. So you do not have this? Both the person doing the booking and their guests are stored as customers in the CRM. The person doing the booking is the main registrant for the event and their guests are stored within the custom crm form fields in the Order. The reason it was done this way is so that you know who invited who so they can be seated at the same table. As the guests don't have their own true single bookings, how would you know who they are to be seated with? Order would ONLY have extra info if you made custom order fields as it does not pull the extra form fields in here, this would be in the booking. Yes the Order does have extra info in the form of custom crm form fields which as I said, holds the guests. I know that it’s odd that they're in the Order and not the Booking but BC doesn’t allow you to apply custom form fields to the booking. In any case, ignoring the other people and how you have it setup (which is not the full option you could have based on what you have, I think you missunderstand me with what you can actually do.) With the person, if the form had a tick option to say "Are you also attending or booking for others" sort of setup, with JavasScript you can prevent the existing form booking them in. BUT you can ONLY do this if you have the other people your booking being submitted as true single bookings and going into the CRM - If you have Booking Allocation field on your form and using that - This is NOT this setup. So based on my setup, where the guests are not submitted as true single bookings, ie. they’re only going into the CRM as customers (as described above), are you saying that I can’t achieve this?
