Did you try to "End Task" to force quit Photoshop and then run it again? Does it happen all the time? I've seen this happen before (with different Adobe applications) and typically force quitting and starting again helped. ... View more

No, I don't think it's anything you did. I'm having lots of issues with Premiere 2019 since updating... It keeps crashing a lot (never did it before) and often 4K clips crash it as well. I hope all issues will be fixed in an update (hopefully soon) ... View more

If Premiere starts dropping frames it's because the system/Premiere can't cope with all processing and starts dropping frames. How big are your clips? Are they 4K? Are they raw? Maybe consider using Proxies if your files are big and you don't want to render? ... View more
