Email contributor support. You'll get a copperplate response, but I suspect complaints are still being read. If they receive enough complaints, they might look into the issue.

The graduation pic might be considered too tightly cropped, not allowing room for the buyer to make some adjustments. I like the trees pic, but in my experience, Adobe is picky about cleaning up unnecessary elements. I'm on my laptop and the screen doesn't really show the finer details, but that's my assessment for these two.

The chocolate cake: not sure why the plate is two-toned. Probably the AI trying to figure out where the shadow needs to be but miscalculated.

Meant to mention I also added a catch light to her eyes. It looked a bit "dead" without it.

One week is not long enough. It takes 7 to 10 BUSINESS days (Monday through Friday). Weekends and U.S federal holidays do not count, nor does the day you requested withdraw (probably depending on the time of day the request was made).

If you filed the appeal, you wait to hear back from Adobe. Or check your dashboard on occasion to see if your account was restored, in case you missed an email telling you as much. If your violation was particularly egregious, it's always possible the suspension was permanent. But Adobe will let you know if that is the case. Good luck.

I still think moderation is being done by humans, but I also believe it's possible an algorithm was added that incorrectly flags the moderators indicating to them that the assets in questions MIGHT be similar to others, and it is the moderators prerogative to reject or approve. But that's just a wild guess on my part.

There is not you can do outside of using the Contact us link and wait. Might take days, might take weeks, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours.

A half dozen more "similar" rejections, erroneously, in my opinion. I don't even get angry any more, at least as long as they keep accepting my abstract background and wallpapers. I no longer even count them against my "personal" acceptance percentage (my percentage after rejected assets are corrected and accepted), since I no longer treat them as even having been submitted. I mark them as "green" in Lightroom and fully intended to resubmit them when this nonsense is over. 🙂

The plate is not perfectly rounded in shape and some of the edges are wobbly.

Any graphic designer with a modicum of talent can create colored backgrounds or wallpapers such as the ones submitted here. Or they could also download one and make it any color they wish. And as being used for wallpapers or background, they should have wide ratios, such as 16:9. The leaf being dead center could be more interestingly cropped.

No, there is nothing you can do but continue to wait. There has not been a lot of logic that we can apply as to my some assets are reviewed in one or two days and others wait for weeks or even months.

Too tightly cropped, underexposed, over-saturated, and the fork is missing a handle. The fork and most certainly the spoon are poorly rendered in IMG_OY_20250323_7. IMG_OY_20250323_3.jpg is also under exposed and gen expand is needed on the left to match the the side on the right.

I deal with this "sparkle" issue on occasion and gen fill usually corrects the problem. It is probably also cropped too tightly. Gen expand would probably screw up the hand, but the back of the head can be worked with. I got rid of the peach fuzz at the back of the chin as well.

We're not sure what changed when it comes to the "similar" rejection issue, but this has been happening more than usual for a number of individuals lately, myself included, despite never having this issue in over two years. But, as for the first one, it is far to underexposed.

The edges still seem a little soft at 100%. Could you upload one without the background removed? I'd like to try something with it. That said, though, I'm never sure where Adobe draws the line when it comes to cartoon illustrations.

But they are better, actually, at least from what I can tell at their small size. They look much more sharp and realistic. You should always review your assets at 200% to even 300% before submitting. That is what the moderators do to look for errors.

No. That would not correct the poor rendering of the hands and plastic looking faces, nor the bad reflection. It MIGHT remove the haloing, assuming it was added when you removed the background. Keep in mind that the moderator needs on ONE issue to result in a refusal. And it was clear the human models especially were AI.

Basically, just a statistic to give you incentive to improve. 80-90% and up is a good acceptance ratio to aim for. Anything less than 50% might hurt, but I've personally never heard of no one having their account suspended for this reason, unless spamming or submitting too many duplicate assets was the cause.

As @yamato7 said, the depth of field is too shallow. Were these hand-held or on a tripod to help increase your f-stop at a slower shutter speed?
