Some people have been waiting as long as a year. But normal is a number weeks or months.

That happens to me every day. It's the way things work now.

Deleting and re-submitting MIGHT help, but there is no guarantee.

This has been an issue for months. It has nothing to do with the "left behind" assets.

It is 7-10 BUSINESS days. Weekends and federal holidays do not count. Nor, I suspect, does the first day of withdrawal. You should expect payment early week.

I see no advantage. There are other issues that need attention.

You will always receive 33% of the price paid by the buyer. Different plans can cost more or less than the usual .99. On occasion, they can be as low as .24 up to $1.24 (guessing on that last figure, but it's around that much). Of course, buyers purchase an expanded license can net you around $24.00.

Yep. Poor moderation. It happens all too often.

Such a decision can depend on which moderator you get. Moderators are human and can make errors. Some are stricter than others. They make snap judgments, probably to fill a quota for the day, and have only a few seconds to select a reason for approval or refusal. And they can only pick one reason out of many, even when multiple issues occur.

Meaningless text and various rendering issues. You should also submit images without transparency as jpgs, pngs.

I fussed with some exposure, color, and dehazing filters in Camera Raw filter. Might help.

gado3008: sun glare
whitepeakcock: depth of field too shallow
queenbutter: needs sharpening
reptcheca: model release required
hungria: depth of field too shallow; peppers in front should be in the sharpest focus in this case
Just picked a few at random. Adobe Stock has very high standards compared to other stock sites. We get a lot of posts here from people saying along the lines of, "other stock sites and have accepted these and they have even sold." But that is not a guarantee Adobe will accept their assets.

Makes sense. Not sure what the value of such photos would be, commercially speaking.

You can't apply. Adobe would have to approach you first. I can only assume this can happen in one attends Adobe trade shows, does some pro-acctive networking, etc. Otherwise, I'm not sure how Adobe would be aware of your work. Just a guess.

That's what the news media does. I can't imagine that being an issue. Best bet is to just give it a try.

Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done. Contacting contributor support will simply result in a canned response. Your only options are to continue to wait, or delete the asset(s) and resubmit. But still no guarantee. Numerous contributors are experiencing this issue.

I'd say it's a bit of a toss up between the released version of Photoshop and the beta. And neither in my opinion would be accepted. The issue is the object itself not having any well-defined edges. They are too rough to start with. While the background can be removed, the process can't fix the poorly rendered edges.

The question is, could the individual recognize themselves, not necessarily whether other people would recognize them. An article of clothing, a hairstyle, the distance from, the time of the day the person might recall being in the spot or place when the photo was taken, etc. And the individual themselves? Would I go after someone using a photo of the back of my head commercially? No. Would someone else? Maybe. At least that's my take on the issue.

This particular asset should not have been accepted due to rendering errors, particularly buttons, and the random addition of illogical objects. The clock face is poorly drawn as well.

Yes, and marked as similar to other submissions (portraits). Four more today, as many as what were accepted, which were all abstract backgrounds.

You don't need to give credit to the author, but given that it's on the cover, I suspect you will still need an extended license regardless.

While it probably doesn't apply as much as it used to when it comes to AI, "garbage in, garbage out" might still be the case here, but try it and see. I'm not familiar with video AI upscalers.

Adobe at least offered you the opportunity to appeal, so you may wish to do so. But yes, Adobe is very strict with regard to IP violations, so the outcome may not be what you want to hear. https://survey.adobe.com/jfe/form/SV_a3iwQO3jp990k2W
