They all seem too soft. And the third one in particular is underexposed.

I would suggest you find a better upscaler (this looks more like it was enlarged rather than upscaled), or consider image enhancement software. Do a Google search.. There are a number of each available. Upscaling and enhancement software are an additional cost, of course, so things can get pricey with AI.

We have been recommending that you delete and resubmit for anything over 4 months. But that is entirely up to you. Some people have waited as long or longer, and their assets were eventually reviewed.

It's gotten so bad, I went ahead and created a whole new category in Lightroom.
By the way, for some silly reason, I can't "Upvote" anymore. Anywhere, including Reddit. Except from my laptop. So just assume I upvoted any of your posts until I figure this out. 😉

There won't necessarily be a problem. The problem is that Adobe has recently begun some kind of campaign marking images as being too similar to other images when it's not likely they are similar.

Well, let's put it this way. I recently had three assets removed from my portfolio that had the same keywords. They were of children peeking out from under covers. Also, has recently begun removing images as being "too similar" to other images submitted (even when they are arguably not), and using the same keywords might therefore result in rejections. If your images aren't different enough that the same keywords apply, they might be seen as images that are too similar. In the end, it's your call.

I just used Edit > Transform > Distort in Photoshop. There's a better way, but I've been too lazy to learn it. I also selected a few of the buildings with a feathered selection, copied and pasted them back, then rotated them just slightly for further straightening.

I straightened the buildings, opened up the shadows in the foreground, and saturated the blue sky a bit. Those MIGHT be the issues . Difficult to tell these days.

You contact us. 🙂 Adobe will not respond to rejection issues and appeals will be ignored. You can post a couple of images here, and we can take a look.

You're not alone. There has clearly been a policy change, and Adobe isn't saying what it was.

I'm guessing a quality issue. At 100% (and especially at 200%, which should still retain relative sharpness), the fur starts to get soft.

Quality issues or because of too many similars?

Yes, I've always had luck with monochrome. Until recently, at least. One was rejected today as being too similar to other submissions. Different model, different pose. I've even been creating and submitting assets that I've been holding off on, such as abstract backgrounds and wallpapers, as I felt they would be rejected since there are already gazillions of them.. They're getting accepted. Usually. I have no idea what is going on right now.

Save for a couple that I felt were gravely underexposed, I'm at a loss about most of the others. I do know that some contributors who have been submitting assets for much longer than I have are experiencing issues with similar rejections for quality issues that they simply can't find. And I've been having assets rejected for unwarranted "too many similars." Hard to say what's going on. I suspect that a month or two ago, many of these would have been accepted.

It has only been 8 days. It takes 7 to 10 BUSINESS days, less the day you requested payment, to complete the transaction. Just because your first payment was received earlier does not guarantee your second payment will be received within the same number of days.
Also, we are not Adobe but contributors like yourself. We can do nothing to be of further help.
Lastely, you should not include her person information as as your email address out of privacy concerns.

Of course, it's difficult to comment without seeing the images. But there have been others who are experiencing more difficulties having assets accepted compared to previous submissions. Hard to say what's going on. I've had 24 rejections based on "too many similar" images that I believe are unfounded, but there's nothing I can do about it. At least when it comes to quality issues, I can get a bead on what needs fixing.

Well, for starters, Adobe can disable an account at any time and for any reason. It's right in the terms and agreements. As for suspicious activity, this is often when the contributor, their friends, or a bad actor purchases a large number of images to bring those images to the front of the search queue. But there could be other reasons as well that I'm unaware of. We don't know how long it will take, either. We are contributors like yourself. Your only option at this time is to continue waiting. Repeatedly emailing or contacting Adobe will not speed up the process.

So it was a quality issue. But if it hadn't been a quality issue, the next reason for rejection would have been the requirement of a property release, since the house is the main subject of the image. (Moderators can only choose one reason for rejection.)

No. Won't happen. I suppose that if I re-submitted all 24 rejections to date, without making any changes, that might raise a flag. But given that so many individuals are experiencing this issue at the moment, that's not likely to happen. Email contributor support. I have. Maybe if enough contributors experiencing this issue do so, Adobe will look into the issue. Maybe.

No one can understand this recent development. Over the past seven days, I've had two dozen "similar" images rejected. Mostly photorealistic portraits, which I specialize in, but never of the same model. Poses can be similar, yes, but they simply don't "jive" with the description of what is meant by similar (e.g., different colored backgrounds of the same image, or the same model in similar poses, and no more than three, etc. My abstract and wallpaper images (which I loathe making) have been regularly accepted. I also suspected some portraits would be rejected along with others, but they were accepted.. There is simply no logic or pattern that I have been able to determine as to why this is happening.
A month or two from now, I will be resubmitting a couple of the rejected images, along with new titles and more extensive keywords, to see if anything changes.
