What a pity! I though these would be good elegant moody aesthetic backgrounds for some Adobe customers' projects... even if simple... Anyway, I would prefer a real feedback like: Content not compliant with overall guidelines. The image is a real photo intentionally blurred (I mentioned that in description as well). Color and texture also are there to to create an image with a special mood; not very successful in this case though 😰 Thank you for all your fast responses. I really appreciate it!

Check for quality issues. As for the rest, you will need to resubmit.
IMHO, the asset is not well composed. That's a quality issue.
I would reject it for commercial appeal. That's an own refusal reason.
If you used AI to do minor adjustments, it may be that the asset has been earmarked as a generative AI asset. Photoshop does that, also for minior changes.

mashed potatoes, asparagus, and edible gold flakes, plated in a Michelin-star restaurant setting.
By @smart_responsibility8668
You can't use the tradename "Michelin".
What was the refusal reason?
1) If the resolution is not high enough (4 MP) then the upload will fail.
2) check that at 100%
3) you need to check that, if you do not want to show your picture. Don't ask questions that can't be answered.
4) Check the guidelines. Michelin is a well known tradename.
(and btw: use simple numericals, they apear as 1, 2 or three...)

20180623_153904:
colour clipping in the sky and missing detail. I did not check further.
20180623_145511:
No detail in the hills in the background. No real detail for the rest. I do not think that you tried to edit out the powerlines, I think those are the effects of the in-camera "optimization".
The asset is underexposed. Chack your histogram.
The white balance is wrong.
20180623_145515:
Colour banding in the sky. I did not check the exposure, but the wb may be also a bit off. The details are better, but the powerlines are really bad.
20180623_153828:
I suppose that is the picture with the crooked powerlines that @Jill_C mentioned. The hill is missing detail. The exposure needs a slight correction, there may be a contrast and wb issue.

You give up too easy. Rejection comes with the territory.
If not for one reason, then another.

Best advice, stay away from AI. There's already too much of it.

There is no penalty for labeling AI images as illustrations; however submitting AI illustration under file type photos can result in a rejection if the Moderator concludes that it is not photo-realistic.

Underexposed, as already noted, and so much so that I don't think they are salvageable, at least not easily. Attempts to correct introduce other issues while still remaining dark.

Hello,
I would say you have to improve your white balance - just a bit.
E.g
And add more contrast and increase the exposure - make the photo a bit brighter.
In my view, I don't think you have to make the teeth white - unless you are advertising teeth whitener/toothpaste to make your teeth whiter etc.
Teeth are not naturally 'white.' (As snow!)

It is not impossible to correct halation, but considering the effort required to correct it, it would be quicker to take the photo again under different conditions.
By @yamato7
I have corrected many similar pictures. You never get them to a satisfactory level, IMHO.
Also, there is text on the building, so if you want to post this photo as a regular asset, you will need to remove the text in Photoshop or something similar.
By @yamato7
You'll probably get an IP refusal for the building as such. The interest for this picture would be especially having the text on the image, so that illustrative editorial makes sense.

There would be no need to provide all four examples of this asset, as a buyer could easily flip them in the opposite direction themselves. Two examples would be sufficient.
By @daniellei4510
It's one picture, so it's OK. And you can't easily flip them, as there is text...
I would, however, take out the text and put my own text in... So, no text would be the best option.

This is what MS Bing says about your photo:
The photo you uploaded has several qualities to admire, but I’ll stick to reporting the issues as you requested:
Exposure: There are slightly overexposed areas in the background, where the mist causes some loss of detail.
Noise: There is a bit of noise visible, particularly in the misty sky, though it is minimal.
Contrast: The mist reduces overall sharpness and diminishes clarity slightly.
Depth of Field: The background is somewhat blurred due to the shallow depth of field, amplified by the misty conditions.
Let me add that the shadows are underexposed slightly and the wall in the foreground should be cropped out.

Why do so many contributors with deactivated accounts refuse to follow the directions they are given? Adobe gives you a "Contact us" link and instruct you to use it. Using this link to communicate with Adobe is the only way to resolve the issue. Nothing will happen until you contact them. As @daniellei4510 said, we here in the Forum are not Adobe employees and cannot help you.

There are some small (by physical size) issues with your asset. I've marked some of them, not all:
Generally speaking: the buyer does not wish to spend hours of correcting the asset. That is your task.
