Hi! Open the 2023 folder inside your applications folder and double-click on the Uninstall icon. This should take you to the Creative Cloud app and open up to the tab where all of your installed apps are. There is an icon of three dots at the right of the listing for 2023, and when you click on that you can select uninstall. This will remove only that app and leave 2024 in tact. I have not run into this issue because I do all of my masking in Photoshop. But I found a video by Julianne Kost that might help. According to the video, once you select the Masking tool, you should find the Adjustment Brush and the Gradient tool. Hi, First, try hitting the tab key? The tab key on your keyboard will hid all your tools, and you may have it it by accident. If that doesn't work, you can try resetting your Preferences. Here is a help doc that will give you the information you need to save all your presets, and I would suggest doing it manually. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html   If following those steps still does not bring your tools and panels back, then I would suggest reinstalling the program. Yes! The trick is to turn off all the layers you don't want to see, then you will only see the image you want to work with in the Channels. I am having a hard time understanding your question, but I think you are asking how you can continually see the panels on the right side so all of your tools are available. If that is correct, then, in Camera Raw you can click on the Gear idon at the top right of the Camera Raw window and in the Panels section, make sure that "Multiple: is selected in the Edit panels behavior drop down menu. Hi! What version of Photoshop are you using? Have you done any troubleshooting already? Did this start after an upgrade?   Something we can try to start off with is check to see if it is a GPU issue. Go to preferences and select Performance. In the Performance tab, uncheck Use Graphics Processor, and click ok. Restart Photoshop. If it fixes the problem then the issue is you GP card. If not, and the issue still persists, then you can turn your GP back on. Hi! I noticed you made sure that the current Nvidia driver was installed, but did you try turning off your Graphics Processor to see if that made a difference? Go to Preferences>Performance and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Then restart and let us know if the problem persists? If it does, then you can turn your GP back on again and we will look elsewhere. Hi!   Here is a suggestion for creating the size and desired resolution for a file that I use on a regular basis. I first create a blank Photoshop document at the size (in inches) and resolution that I want to produce. Because I have to process multiple photos and crop them to the same size, I just open the photos and drag them into this file into layers. Then I can reposition them to focus on the area i want, and I have a photo that is the right size and resolution for what I need. I also use the Export feature "From Layers to Files" to do a batch process export.   Having a pre-set up file that I know will print correctly has been a real help. Michelle ... View more
