Drew If you have only installed the software once, you can still install it on a second computer. If you have already installed the software twice and you don't have access to your previous computer, or you upgraded your computer's hardware, replaced a hard drive, upgraded your operating system, or reformatted your drive before deactivating your software, you can ask Adobe Support to help you deactivate the software from the machine. Just have your serial number or Adobe ID ready, and then contact support. Then, you can install the software. The first step is to download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application on your computer.
