Hi mara81053822, Please let me know how exactly you were exporting the PDF files. If you have purchased Export PDF subscription, then you simply need to sign in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials to export the PDF to other formats. Hi philiph90350722, When trying to send the document for signing, you need to select the name of the signer under Role label to decide who needs to sign.
