Hi David Marr, Could you please let me know how you are trying to convert your word file to PDF. Are you using PDFMaker or PDF printer option? Hi Elizabeth Cruz, Please let me know if you wish to open Tools Pane (on the right hand side) permanently when you open Reader DC. If yes, then you need to go to "Edit > Preferences > Documents" and checkmark 'Open tools pane for each document' option. Then, click OK and relaunch Reader and see how it appears. Regards, Anubha

Hi Norm Grail, If you are using Reader DC, then please ensure that you are using the latest version i.e. Adobe Reader DC If you are using browser, then log out, clear the browser cache and then log back in. Hi George Bostic, After doing a clean reinstall, disable Protected Mode under "Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced)" and set 'View documents to PDF/A mode' to Never under "Preferences > Documents". Hi Steven Rettke, In order to add more information You can simply double-click to open text field properties dialog box and uncheck 'Limit of characters' label. You can also checkmark 'Multi-line' label so that text is entered in the next line as well without any need to shrink the font. Hope this helps. Regards, Anubha
