Hi, Please check the below links and steps and try again: Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and installation issues Error: "Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop Please check if you have any browser security extensions installed, please disable them. ( Eg: AD BLOCK, Mcafee site/web adviser, internet security toolbar etc) Also disable the Firewall of your machine see, OS X: About the application firewall - Apple Support Disable Firewall of the Internet security program installed on computer. Force Quit all Adobe related processes from Activity Monitor (eg- Creative Cloud, Core sync, CC library, Adobe Desktop Services, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash daemon, Adobe installer etc.) Go to Apple icon > System preferences > security and privacy > firewall > TURN OFF ( to do this you will have to click on the padlock in the left bottom corner of this machine and then enter your mac password) Go to Apple icon > System preferences > security and privacy > General > Allow apps downloaded from should be on ANYWHERE Reboot the machine and try the installation Again and check.
