Hi @dorien_8342, You can become the contract owner if the contract owner isn't available. If the contract owner has left the organization, you can own an account as an admin. Sign in to the Admin Console, navigate to Support, and contact Adobe Customer Care. The customer care team will need an email from you asking for the account's ownership change. The customer care team emails the current contract owner to confirm the change. You are designated as the contract owner in the following scenarios: The current contract owner's email no longer exists. The current contract owner hasn't responded within two days. The account is unpaid due to a payment issue. After you are designated as the contract owner, you are prompted to update payment details on the account. I hope this helps. Thanks, ^BS

When this setting is enabled, all available partner models from Adobe become visible to users. If it’s turned off, none of the models are displayed. Hi @eyvesg, Non-Adobe Models is not a feature on the premium list; it is an enterprise-exclusive feature. However, since you have a Creative Cloud Pro for Teams subscription, you should have access to all the features mentioned on the page I shared above. Do you know who the system Admin is? The system Admin will assign licenses to you and your team via the Admin Console. When you log in using the email to which the License is assigned, you'll get access to all the features included in the plan. I hope this helps. If it doesn't, you may ask your Admin to contact the support team directly via the Adobe Admin console to get help. ^BS

I looked at your account and noticed that none of the 45 Shared Device Licenses appear to be in use at the moment. That said, I also saw that all licenses under the Creative Cloud Enterprise VIPMP Students plan are used. The devices you see may be associated with that student subscription instead, which might be why things look off. Please check and confirm. Thanks, ^BS
