I recently subscribed to an Adobe Team membership, and since then, I am unable to access my original Behance profile. When I log in, I am directed to a new personal Behance account that does not contain my previous projects or data.

Hi Anshul,
My user was created with my email (Edited by moderator; Email removed, please refrain from sharing your personal information as this is a public forum), for more than 10 years in which I have uploaded different projects throughout my professional career.
Here is the link to my account: https://www.behance.net/renzovargas
The problem comes when today I activated a business/educational account, without fully knowing the consequences, I logged into my account and without knowing that my behance account would be lost, I entered the option “move all files to the business cloud storage”.
Without knowing the consequences of what could happen to my Behance account, which I have not been able to recover, I have already tried several times to log in with the personal and business profile, but I can not log in to my behance account as usual, it appears as if it were a new account completely from 0, this affects me greatly as I had important projects in that account.
Please, your answer.

Hi @Elividon,
Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, I can see only an individual subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. Could you please confirm whether you previously had a business account or a Teams/Enterprise license assigned to your ID, which has now been removed, resulting in your inability to access your Behance account? Please let me know if this is the issue you need assistance with or if you are experiencing a different issue.
If the mentioned scenario applies, kindly confirm whether you have migrated your Business Profile assets to your Personal Profile. You can refer to the following document for more details: https://adobe.ly/4h7clP8
Awaiting your response.

Hi Anshul,
Thanks for you response. My personal Adobe account was added to a university for about a year. So that gave me two profiles. Then about a year ago the university profile stopped working. I didn't change anything in my account settings after that, so the personal and university profile were both still there.
Then a few days ago I found out I can't access my Behance page anymore. In an tempt to fix the problem I deleted the university profile, but sadly that did not fix the issue. So, to answer your question, I suppose I didn't migrate my assets from my business/university account to my personal account. I didn't think those assets (Bahance) moved from my personal profile to my university profile in the first place.
Awaiting your response.
Thanks for your support.

Hi @Elividon,
Thanks for the clarification. Could you please confirm if this Behance account is associated with your personal profile? If it is, please try accessing Behance using an incognito window or from a different machine and let us know if you are able to access your account.
Awaiting your response.

^AN
