yeah as I mentioned, they're not in the Effects Control panel. I applied them from Animation Presets in the Effects & Presets panel. As I have explained in my response - these are NOT effects so they won't be in the effects controls panel. If you want to examine them, you do that in the timeline panel in the methods I described. You should read about text presets and text animators. all you have to do is type text in search field in the upper left corner of your Ae interface and read up - you will solve this mystery I assure you. When I expand the text properties I do see all that stuff, but none of it tells me which effect has actually been applied. It's such a basic requirement. 4 position keyframes in PRECISELY the same place? potentially 4 bezier handles, not 4 keyframes. 2 keyframes - potentially 2 handles to each keyframe. you will have to contract all the handles to make the movement linear between these two same value keyframes. in my opinion this is a time consuming, complicated and less efficient way to work when all you want to do is set 2 keyframes as linear in space. that's why I recommend right clicking and setting the keyframe interpolation in the menu. there is yet another efficient and fast way to do it:  highlight both keyframes in the timeline, then use either the selection tool and Ctrl+Alt+Click on them in the composition window , or just use the pen tool and click- this will convert the bezier to linear in space. ... have you got for example to make a Time Remap of images sequence???? Black video occure and error messagege occure.. is it only JPG sequence? or other sequence? the workaround could be render this out to a container format or other image sequence. if you have a way to export from the start png instead of jpg's or use a container format. this version has some great features and I would not dismiss it altogether just yet. this bug could be a nuisance but definitely something you can tackle. reinstalled CC 2015 you can use all of the CC versions along side each other. I've even re-created the same animation in the previous version and had no issues. maybe it's not the same issue. if you really want to get to the bottom of this then isolate your problem. one Comp, maybe one layer - try and see when and how exactly it breaks. then compare to old version. if you are experiencing inconsistency between how it breaks between versions then report it here. if this is a bug we could report it and make Ae better for all of us. feel free to update this thread, I am personally interested in anything that breaks after effects or only seem to break it. ... this issue is a result of the render order pipeline which was always there in Ae and probably will be forever. puppet is an effect and effects are applied before transformations, unless you click the collapse switch and it reverses the order. therefore you should not change or animate transformations for a collapsed layer or precomp when using the puppet effect. this is from the help files: Animating with Puppet tools in After Effects Note: Don’t animate the position or scale of a continuously rasterized layer with layer transformations if you are also animating the layer with the Puppet tools. The render order for continuously rasterized layers—such as shape layers and text layers—is different from the render order for raster layers. it could be 10%,20% or 50% or 1600% . it's anybody's guess unless you tell us what are you shooting exactly. even then you can't totally be sure. a busy background is going to be much harder to slow down than one movement of one object in one direction. if you got different elements moving in different directions it's going to be very difficult to slow down. you will increase your chances to slow down significantly if you are ready to do some serious advanced work using mattes to help twixtor isolate your object. a sound advice for you would be to run some tests and see for yourself. ... and it doesn't open that dialogue box when I hold control alt shift upon opening the program. on Windows it requires a sleight of hand. you have to press it right after you click twice. another way to do it is delete or change the name of your preferences file: go to you preferences folder: C:\Users\-name of computer-\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\11.0 and over there you will see a preferences file: Adobe After Effects 11.0 Prefs.txt rename it to Adobe After Effects 11.0 Prefs.old open your application and try again. if this does not work I would reinstall. ...
