Hi nelliebob, InDesign has also pushed a new update providing fix for various crashes and other stability related fixes. I would recommend you to install that and see if your issue is resolved with that. If in case you are still facing the issue, please share your crash report wth me and send the crash to Adobe via Adobe Crash reporter Dialog(it pops up right after InDesign crashes) Or, you can send your crash report at monsingh@adobe.com Regards, Monica Singh

Hi Chloeemma, Please note that InDesign does not allow same document to be opened by various users at the same time. If somehow your network location gets unavailable, InDesign will prompt you to "save as" the file at your local system. Can you please check if there is some intermittent network fluctuations happening while you are doing these operation on network. Regards, Monica Singh

Hi Patrick, Thanks for sharing the snapshot. I have checked the error, seems like some discrepancy of "Trusted certificates" is causing the issue. So, please share with me a snapshot of Proxy Settings of your system. Go to System Preferences-->Network-->Advanced-->Proxies tab.. Take a snapshot and share. By when i am investigating further please check the following and re-try: Undo any proxy settings of your system, and then try to publish your document. Check if DATE and TIME of your system is set properly, if not please do it. Share with me snapshot of your proxy settings and let me know if any of the above workaround helped you.. Any Known steps(Step that led to slowness) Steps to reproduce the issue Video recording(If possible screen recording showing slowness ) Also, you may try to clean your preferences by renaming or deleting folder at following locations and re-try, if you still face the issue MAC: "/Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/Version [Number]/[Your Locale]/Workspaces/" Win: "C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign\Version [Number]\[Your Locale]\Workspaces\" Eagerly waiting for your response.
