This issue is not resolved or if it was, it's broken again. Everything others have previously reported I too have tried. We really need an answer and a permanent solution. This can and in some cases is hurting busineeses to rely on your products.

I have not been able to upload images to Adobe Scheduler since November 1. All was fine that day. Since then I keep getting a message that there is a problem with the image. I've tried logging out and loggin into Express, 3 different browsers, cleared history and cache, two different computers, different times of day and rebooted my computer a few times. I've also tried drag and drop as well as browse and upload from my computer. All worked on November 1. No new updates or changes on my system have been made either. This is a critical part of my business that I rely on. Please help. I'm losing my mind.

Hey everyone! I think I found out why (possibly). I have used all of my Express generative credits for the month. I found them in my account management. Very odd.... for Adobe Express it says that I get 25 a month and I've used them up, but when I search for help on the Adobe site for generative credits, it takes to me to Firefly where I have a ton of credits. Something is not connecting! Ugh!

I'm also have the same problem. I used it flawlessly yesterday so I'm not sure what happened. Cleared cache and history. Also tried a differnt browser and a different computer! If any of us finds a solution, please include here for all of us! So frustrating!

I have just been told by Adobe that I have to UNINSTALL ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF THEIR APPLICATIONS IN ORDER TO USE THE NEW 2014 VERSIONS. No software update is worth the time it will take to do that!!!!! I don't know about the rest of you but I am woefully disappointed in Adobe. I pay on time every single month SINCE CREATIVE CLOUD BECAME AVAILABLE and now they place this on me? NOT HAPPY.

Yep, me too. I can't update any of my apps to the 2014 versions, although I did manage to get 2014 installed but everything else stops at 42%. VERY frustrated with Adobe over this.

I'm trying to update to CC (2014) and keep getting this message: "Installation Failed. Installation encountered an error. Please restart your system and try again. (15) I've done the restart, same problem. Help!
