Ive been in this thread and living this problem for years... The so called "correct answer" doesnt fix the issue described in the original post. I didnt unmark it, but I may have if I knew I could... I guess somone else agrees with me and unmaked it. Not sure why my post offended you so bad, Im just trying to help the ppl trying to deal with this issue that adobe have let fester for 6 years. Ps.. you can actually see the correct answer by @Thar Lynn Oo above to a workaround (not a solution) and its never been marked as "correct answer"
