Hi @DaveH5 (edited-kglad), That fix had been working, to shut down all the Adobe processes, but this now comes up -

Other threads have said to disable the Broker exe file also ..... but this seems to be the constant loop with that message coming up, even when my pc is not connected the the net and I have gone into my task manager and shut down all the Adobe programs . Is this happening for you or anyone else? Hoping that people waaaaaay smarter than I am can figure this out for me!

for some time, the fix of stopping all Adobe processes, taking the computer off line, then clicking on Muse worked. This was the fix that worked for a LONG time when Creative Cloud suddenly stopped allowing Muse to open. Recently, that stopped working . I tried removing the exe file as recommened that tell Adobe to do the authentication routine (Pc Broker i believe) . This also didn;t work . The image file I uploaded on the top of the thread still kept on coming up. Some of the other fixes on past threads about this also don't seem to work (especially with the latest update to Winblows ... yes, I'm a PC user and a dedicated one, but in this case, it really is Winblows!) Why Adobe refuses to allow people to still access this I have no idea. Yeah sure, okay, there's no more updates or tech support, but there are SO MANY of us out here who used Muse for one and have been loyal Adobe clients for years .... and this is the level of support and loyalty that we have in return. It's frustrating!! Sorry ! But yeah, I've tried a number of the fixes, and the ones that were suggested on previous threads, I was hoping that others had found a way around the same problem that I'm having 😞

thank you there, but sadly it doesn't 😞 The article is old and does the usual "set you Creative cloud to access older apps and you should be fine" as well as suggesting creating a page with ADobe Express ... which doesn't help as my site is designed and powered with Muse. Thank you for trying, all the same. Here's the rub - All my other apps work, but since the last updates on Creative Cloud and Windows, the previous work around seems to have been blocked by Adobe . I could turn off adobe processes , disconnect from the net and Muse would open up ...... then I could do whatever updates I needed to do on my business site (being an independent and small business owner, being able to do all that myself was a GODSEND!!) . But now, Adobe appears to have blocked that and a loop has been put into Adobe that it wants me to confirm my subscription and refuses to open Muse .... EVEN when offline, not even connected to the net 😞

Hi there, until recently, the work arounds allowed me to get onto Muse to make updates to my web page. It appears that there has been an update that has foiled this ..... or I just need some help from people WAY more clued in than I am ! I have followed the past advice, to go into task manager and shut down all the Adobe processes .... done. Gone off line to open Muse ..... Done In the past, this worked and I was able to make the website updates thatI needed . But in the last week I had some more updates to the website and this work around no longer allowed me access to Muse . I tried the other work around of renaming the ICP boker file with "2" at the end (I can't seem to change the file to have a "~" in the .exe command anymore (as that was one solution offered to change the .exe to .e~e) . Now .... this comes up .... and I can't access Muse -   ANYONE able to offer a solution would be incredibly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there, The new updates appear to have foiled this work around 😞 I'd really appreciate some help from someone smarter than I am on this 😞 I get into Task manager, disable all the Adobe programs, even disable the "keeps working in the background on my profile), did the IPC change to the file name, took my computer off line and the Adobe licencing page STILL pops up 😞 Is there another work around or am I missing something 😞 I went to your Youtube too ..... this is REALLY frustrating as a small business operator that I can't do the updates and changes to the website that I have been able to do for the last while . Any ideas or help from anyone would be appreciated ! Thank you

SOLUTION FOUND! When you're doing a project where the client will give you footage across a variety of camera sources (in this case, from iPhones, DSLR's , Android phones, pro-sumer HDD cameras and then professional cameras), click on the footage itself , modify, interpet footage and change the colour override -

All good. Sorted. Interpret footage . Issues with Log/Raw footage and what 2022 thinks your sequence settings should be . When you have to do a project for a client that is sending you footage across MULTIPLE camera formats, this will happen . I spent the last chunk of time trolling across various forums and found the solution myself .... and now I will share it with other frsutrated editors!

it's never mattered before . Whether it's a .mov or mp4 for this simple stuff . A few other editing friends of mine have noticed the same on camera footage too . The new update of Adobe seems to think that it has to do some kind of automatic grade or LUT . When we look at the raw footage, everything is correctly exposed (as you can see with the previous image of the footage played on VLC !!! ) This has NEVER been an issue with Premiere Pro in the past . Please HELP here!

Hi Kevin, It's an issue with Adobe premiere Pro . As you can see with the screen caps I attached, when you view the video file with a regular video player (in this case as it's a MOV file I used VLC), you can see the image isn't blown out. But when it's imported into premiere pro , with ZERO grading or LUTs attached, the image blows right out. This never happened , even up to version 15.4.1 But from 22 onwards, this seems to be a problem. Is there something that's been added to Premiere that is a simple "disable" function that I need to know about? If it's not, this is a REAL problem and I'll find myself navigating across to a platform like DiVinci . i don't want to !! But this has NEVER been an issue before for editing

This is what the image looks like raw as played thru a normal video player and THIS is what premire is spitting it out like with NO GRADE applied!!! IT'S HORRID!!! This never happened on version 15 .... but the last two ..... Is there a simple fix that I'm not seeing the forest for the tree on?!?!?!
