Same problem here, running OS 15.1.1 on a Mac Mini M4 Pro. Lightroom behaves very wierd lately, even before I changed my computer recently (I had a Macbook Pro before). The catalogue keeps getting corrupted, not every day but often enough to be an absolute pain. I should not happen, I completly agree. Also the merge to panorama and HDR functions decide not to work at all very often and I have to reboot the computer to get them working again. The metadata and info on the side panel sometimes don't show at all and I have to reboot to make them come back but sometimes not even that works. That works for me as well but only for a little while. If I try to merge images into a panorama the next day after I reboot the computer I am back to the same problem. ... View more

I have a similar problem. I also get the artifacts in the develop module but when I look at the images in the Library module or even export from the develop module the images look fine. The only way to get around this for me is to switch all apps off and restart the computer. The it works well for a little while and comes back to the artifacts issues at some stage after a day or so. Really wierd and annoying!
