If anyone runs into this issue with AMD RX 5700XT - I was able to fix it by: Edit -> Preferences -> Technology Previews Then make sure Older GPU mode is selected. Click OK and then restart Photoshop.  Open Photoshop again - then check if your card is being picked up now: Edit -> Preferences -> Performance You should see it in the right hand box. ... View more
