Okay then, it must be a misunderstanding. Also, thanks a lot for the help. Really appreciate it. They have asked my bank card details to verify, since my account doesn't show any subscription or transactions for the amount which was deducted by adobe.

My issue did not get resolved by chat. They did not assign any agent, instead there was a bot who had standardized messages. Any way I can chat with an agent ?

I am not posting any duplicate messages. I came across this problem where my money got deducted from my bank account without any subscription and so I got in touch with you all. If you can't resolve and just keep deducting money without any base, that's called fraudulent behaviour.

Out of blue I got a message from my Bank that Adobe Ireland has charged me Rs 2394. I dont have any active plans or have subscribed to any software. I did take a free trail of acrobat but had ended it much before. My Adibe Id is REMOVED and customer number is REMOVED Kindly help.
