Wrongfully charged without subscription

Out of blue I got a message from my Bank that Adobe Ireland has charged me Rs 2394. I dont have any active plans or have subscribed to any software. I did take a free trail of acrobat but had ended it much before. My Adibe Id is  REMOVED and customer number is REMOVED Kindly help.

contact your card vendo and report fraud, or if you suspect an adobe error, you can contact adobe support. 

 

also, enable 2fa on your adobe account to better secure it.

 

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

What about X direct message from Adobes official X account ? Is that safe ?
