Oh I see, still many thanks to both of you ☺ As of now, it isn't tragic, would simply have been an additional nice to have. However, I edited the setAllThings script from Wundes to copy all four transform settings (x,y, width, height) of a specific object / layer to all other selected one's. This anyway, isn't a use case I encounter very often, therefore I am fine that I at least orientate myself on the most upper layer as the origin for the transform values to be copied. Many thanks to all answerers and Merry Christmas 🎅

I am using app.activeDocument.selection This includes an array of my selection, however indexed based on the selected layers from top(index = 0) to bottom (index = app.activeDocument.selection.length - 1). What I would like to have is the order of my manual object / layer selection. Is this possible?

By the way, I am altering the .jsx to support my additional need of copying (or here actually just setting) the x and y position. On top, I have put the .jsx within C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2024\Presets\en_GB\Scripts to have it visible via File -> Scripts

Hey @Mike_Gondek 👋 many thanks for your reply. I wasn't aware that you can to select the specific script via File -> Scripts -> Other Scripts, however it indeed works. Once again thank you very much and Merry Christmas 🎅:christmas_tree:

I would like to know whether there is a way to copy the transform settings of an object to another one. In case this is not possible yet, I think it would be a useful feature.

Good Day, I have a vector in Illustrator where the Drop Shadow sticks out of the top and left edge of the Artboard, which wouldn't be an issue, as we have the "Use Artboard" checkbox on Export. However, somehow only the upper edge gets trimmed. Therefore, I am always left with left part of the drop shadow sticking a bit outside of the artboard. Besides that the drop shadow within the exported SVG is only cut off on the top, when viewed in e.g. Chrome. When importing it to PS, the left and top part of the drop shadow still sticks out of the artboard or in Photoshop's case, the whole now rasterized vector has a gap alongside the left and top edge of the canvas. Is there some special trick regarding drop shadows to stay within the artboard?
