Yes, turning off Auto-activation in Typeface resolves the issue but this is an issue that Adobe need to address not Typeface seeing as it was the Adobe ID 20.2 update that caused it.

Yes, I use Typeface and have found that turning off the auto-activation stops InDesign crashing. Seeing as it was the 20.2 update that caused this, the issue is not with Typeface but with Adobe.

As the title suggests, since the latest update, InDesign (20.2) now crashes when closing documents. This has only occurred since the latest update and happens on every document I open or create then close. Generates an Apple Crash Report but not an Adobe one.

UPDATE – SOLVED! Removed Acrobat v23, downloaded and installed Acrobat Pro 2020 from the downloads page. I now have recent files back! Adobe – get your act together!
