I understand what's in the referenced post. What I would like to do is as follows. Can you tell me how to do it. 1. I'd like to safely delete all content (Photos) from the LR (Cloud) account. Can I delete the 1,000 photos that i can see in the LR (Cloud) account without them being automatically deleted from LR (Classic) ? 2. I'd like to stop LR (Classic) , my iPhione or anything else syncing my photos automatically to the LR (Cloud) account without me specifically requesting it for say a small batch of photos. 3. Subsequently, I'd like to be able to sync a batch of photos (eg my latest photos) to LR (Cloud) so i can see them and edit them on ipad for example. How do I do all that please?

OK, no more screenshots ! I thought it would help, sorry. Issue 1 - Yes I want to delete the photos in LR (cloud) but keep thise photos in LR (Classic). I deleted approx 100 less important photos to test it and then removed them form the delete folder. It seems that deleting photos in LR (cloud) does. ot remove them from LR (Classic). So, I can hit delete on the 1,000 photos in LR (Cloud) without losing them. Please confiorm that's your understanding. Issue 2 - What is causing the appriox 10GB out iof 20GB storage, when i am not using it? Or do the 1,000 LR (Cloud) photos actually use up my 20GB allowance?

Hi kglad, Thanks for the quick reply. I have checked each of the locations you suggest. In order : asset = no content lightroom adobe = approx 1,000 phiotos that I can see in my LR (cloud version) that I want to delete. documented cloud = no content spark = no content My understanding was that the photos in LR (Cloud version) did not take up space from the 20GB, but they appear to be doing so. I am a bit nervous about deleting them for LR (Cloud Version) in case I delete them from Lightroom Classic also. btw - Adobe really shlould come up with more clearly defined names for their products!

I've got exactly the same problem. Sme Adobe Photography plan. I want to use mainly LR Classic (on macbook). I imported all my photos to LR Classic (Desktop) and in doing so they were all exported to LR (Cloud Based). When I look at the Files folder as instructed below, there is nothing stored in the folders. My understanding was that if inused Lightroom (mobile based) at all, then the previews involved did not eat into my 20GB storage allowance. I am showing 9.7GB or 20GB used and I have no idea why. Similar to Qcinc, my iPhone photos got uploaded automatically by adobe without me triggering it. I've now managed to delete these and turn off the auto upload. So, my questions are - " what is causing the 9.7GB of storage to be there? How can I see what's in it? How can I delete it to get back to 0GB used ? Thanks.
