Thanks for sharing the details. It seems that the Bank Gothic Medium font you’re trying to use isn’t a free font, and downloading it from third-party websites can sometimes lead to corruption issues. I recommend trying to download it from a reputable font foundry or contacting the original foundry to purchase it directly. If you’re still having trouble uploading it to Creative Cloud, you can also try installing the font directly on your device and using it in Illustrator from there.
