Hi @Mathias Moehl thank you for your response. I tried all the options you provided me with but the outcome is still off for me. I need the In Point & Out Point of each clip used in the sequence. The In point is alway zero, but as you can see in my bin I have a consolidated AAF that was sent to me, which you can see all the In and Out Points of the clips in my sequence, but not sure why it's showing as 00:00:00:00 when I export using my script. Are you able to take a look at my script? I have attached here. I truly appreciate you w/ helping me w/ this journey. Hoping the more I use this application, the better I'll get. Hi @Mathias Moehl , apologies for my lack of knowledge w/ automation blocks. Yes, I had "Get Attribute of Clip with the option of "start time in sequence" and "end time in Sequence" but when I change to "in point" and "out point". The results on my spreadsheet changes to 00:00:00:00 (for In point) and Duration of clips as my "out point". what am I doing wrong:(? Please help. Thank you so much for your patience w/ me. Hi Mathia, Happy New Year!! thank you @Mathias Moehl this was very helpful and I got what I needed. one last question I promise haha. I have been exporting my sequece file names including start/end and duration of the clips in my sequece to my spreadsheet which works fine but for the task I was assigned, I am being asked if I can get the source start timecode and source end timecode instead of the sequence time code. yes which is weird. I got it to link b blindly selecting the media files which really doesn't match the file names. The media files I have doesn't match the clip name/file name or file path. I think the issue is it is looking for the original file path where the files lives in media composer but I don't have access to that server. I have a consolidated media aaf.  could that be the issue? I have attached another screengrab:) thank you again for your help! ... View more

Hi @R Neil Haugen , Thank you so much for your quick response. I have tried doing that but unfortunatedly, the media just wont link due to the media files having a different name as the metadata on the sequence. I have tried to randomly linking to what I think it should be the corresponding media file and then my entire sequence will only link to one media file, which will then make my sequence repetive (all shots in my sequence becomes replaced by just one file). I usually get cannot find media so I have been manually overcutting. when trying to locate the media this is the error msg I get. Screengrab attached. thank you so much for your help! Hi @Mathias Moehl I hope your day is going well. I have been using the "Render Frames at Markers" from the scripts in the Library - under Examples-> rendering-> Render Frames at markers. There seems to be an issue w/ the script when I tried using it today. It is exporting hundreds of black still frames along w/ the correct jpgs. I had a sequence w/ 10 files and exported the jpgs using this, it did exported however it also exported 486 other jpgs - all black. Do you know why this is happening all of a sudden? Hi Mathias,   thank you so much for your help and taking the time to asnwer my questions. To answer your second question, I am working on a workflow to help the producers on our end when submitting shot requests to post production. We need the file name of the clips which contains burnt in metadata (slates, scrnr takes, VFX ID etc). This is to help the production team track where the files originally came from so they can gather that footage and sent back to us in a higher resolution when creating promos. So because I cannot copy and paste burnt in metadata, I have been adding that metadata in the markers comment box to make it easier to export that in one spreadsheet. But I can't get the markers metadata/comments to export to the same row where the clip name is exported to. I just was curious if there is any way to move those up to the top row of the colum since that info corresponds to the clip file name.  Please let me know if you need more info or another example. Hi Mathias,  I hope you are doing well. I have one other question that's been driving bananas. I created a script to export a spreadsheet which includes all the metadata in my sequence. The spreadsheet looks amazing w/ the exception of a few empty rows in columns D, E & F. I am only testing w/ a couple of clips for now and hoping you can shed some light.
