IIRC there was a bug in a previous verfsion of Dolly where the props files are created with the wrong name. You need to go to the folder where your vcxproj is and rename the appropriate props files so that they match what is in the vcxproj (and error message).

Matheus, that is the correct link for the CC SDKs. The archive you download will be either: adobe_photoshop_sdk_cc_mac.zip or adobe_photoshop_sdk_cc_win.zip The ReadMe.html insidewill look like this: I'd suggest double checking what you've downloaded. --Roddy

That's right, if the plug-in is defined as a kUIPlugin your adornment will be drawn to the page in InDesign, but it won't appear in the PDF. --Roddy

A common mistake is to not have declared the plug-in as a kModelPlugin in your *.fr file. Print PDF export is done asynchronously, so if your plug-in is of type kUIPlugin it won't be copied to the background thread and your adornment won't be drawn. --Roddy

The Photoshop CC SDK is downloadable from here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/photoshop/sdk/eula.html I just double checked the download and this is the CC version.

Drop an email to the folk on the Technology Partner Helpdesk techpart@adobe.com. They handle the administrative side of this partner program and should be able to help you with queries about your membership and the InDesign debug. --Roddy

Hi Sameer, the errors about the Font Manager and SING plug-ins are usually seen when VS2005 SP1 isn't installed. That behaviour is a known issue in CS5/CS5.5 debug. I'd suggest that you uninstall InDesign and all your Visual Studio versions, then reinstall them in the order: Visual Studio 2005 Visual Studio 2005 SP1 Visual Studio 2008 InDesign debug Hopefully this will get you up and running. --Roddy

Because of a change in CS5.5 you now also need to pass the classID of the service provider you want to perform the export, along with your IBookOutputActionCmdData: data->SetExportProviderClassID(classID); For export to PDF, your options for the classID are: kPDFExportBookBoss or kInteractivePDFExportBookBoss Hope this helps.

I've heard of this a couple of times where users are running Vista or Windows 7. In those instances, the solution was: 1) Turn off UAC 2) Restart your PC 3) Delete the InDesign preference files- hold down Shift + Ctrl + Alt as you launch InDesign and you'll be presented with a dialog asking if you want to delete the preferences 4) InDesign launches and will create the Type Libray. 5) If you want UAC back on, you could turn it on again now. --Roddy

Try manually uninstalling and reinstalling the InDesignServerService.dll and the InDesignServerMMC.dll. Instructions are in the section "Installing the InDesign Server Windows Service" in the document "Introduction to Adobe InDesign CS5 Server" which lives in the docs folder of your IDServer installation.
