I'll pass your request along but unfortunately many of the issues with ADE are tied to account issues and activation limits which cannot be discussed on an public forum. Users have to contact Adobe Customer Care or the eBook vendor directly.
No, they aren't. Not in the forums where I was posting. However, I figured out how to solve my problem, and gave another user a way to solve his problem. Maybe I should be the ADE "geek". LOL. A
