Adobe Portfolio Ludwig Theme problem

I'm using the Ludwig theme and on a desktop browser the Contact page form loads fine, however on a mobile device it just shows the word 'Contact' on a blank page; I have to click on the word Contact to get it to load the form, which is not at all user friendly. I'm happy with this theme and don't want to change it.

Which mobile devices and browsers are you using?

I'm not familiar with the Ludwig Theme. Can you post the URL to your Portfolio site?

I'm using the latest version of Chrome on my desktop, and on a OnePlus5T mobile. A couple of friends using Saumsung mobiles pointed the problem out to me.

Interestingly I have just tried my site on desktop IE 11.864.xxx and the contact page is completely black - not even the heading appears!

Details of Ludwig can be seen here https://portfolio.adobe.com/themes. The demo contact page works OK on my mobile so I'm very puzzled.
