Can somebody help this lady?

This lady must have posted something in 2002 and recently she has started receiving forum messages and she is getting a bit titchy.  Her profile is here:

She had a go at Murray and Nancy (both MVPs) who were simply trying to help somebody but Lady Gaby got copies of their messages.

She is unsubscribed. Just hope that she only has one account. Many times folks come in to "complain" about subscriptions and it ends up being for some other account that they forgot about.
