‌FYI, these relentless, high volume spam attacks have been ongoing for many weeks across various Adobe forums.

Adobe is constantly struggling to control them with the poor tools offered by the Jive forum software. Many hardworking individuals are working around the clock to remove spam posts and disable newly created spam accounts. New ones are created faster than they can be deleted.

    >New ones are created faster than they can be deleted

I read somewhere else (don't have a link, so this is only from memory) that the OLD Jive software allowed [selected] Moderators to deactivate spam accounts and, with enough Mods with that power spaced around the world, spammers were stopped reasonably fast

Now, with the current Jive software, only a "Console Operator" has that power... and all Console Operators are Adobe employees, but not all Adobe employees are Console Operators

So, for any given forum, a user has to post a message, such as in Spam report thread [active] and then wait for a Console Operator to come along and read the spam report... which is not always an instant process

These forums -and many other non-Adobe sites- are today under very heavy spam attacks. There are many persons working hard to try to neutralize them as fast as possible, but it's not all that easy.
