Can't find a forum for asking about helpx.adobe.com

I can't play any of the tutorial videos on any of the helpx.adobe.com web pages in any browser (they all say "connection was reset"). Is there a forum for such technical difficulties?

    Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

    Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

    Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

    Post a few tutorial links so other people may test
