I don't know in which forum to post my question, so I do it here...

I'd like to know how I can get the PDF bill of my past orders. I did not find any link in my account...

I think you need to contact sales... click the big red A at the top left to go outside the forums, to Adobe's pages, and find the sales or contact links

Actually I was hoping to find a form to contact the customer service, as my english is not fluent and I had a hard time chatting.

So yes this is the correct answer, I 've been through the chat and they helped me.
