Flash Player won't install

Flash Player will not install

properly.

Message come up 100% installed, but go to UTube and requests to install Flash Player.

Tried several times.

Message comes up to:

Installer will automatically continue when these conflicting applications are closed:

Windows messenger

Internet explorer.

I closed internet explorer, and found windows messenger and entered exit, but message still appears???

Let me know if you encountered this problem?
