You go to this page, https://community.adobe.com/

Set the sort to Alphabetical, look for the program name that you have a question about and Click on it then in the upper right hand corner you click the button that says "Post to Community".

Which app are you having trouble with?  A moderator can move this to the appropriate forum for you.

Nancy that link you included just goes to the Download & Install forum main page.

It does not take you to a specific post about how to ask a question and get your issue resolved.

Oooops!  I have revised that link.  Thanks.

Web searches take people to old discussions.  That's why they can't find the blue Post To Community button on top of the main board.

Also the Original Post has posted to the Adobe forums before but before the start of this new system.

They didn't seem to have any problem posting question on the old JIVE system but seem to be confused with this new forum system.

Go Figure.
