How does someone get help?

I have an issue with Digital Editions and the online community here has not been able to help.  I tried Adobe's online support chat and they refused to help me.  Any suggestion on where to go to get my issue with an Adobe products resolved?

You will be able to select a forum for the specific Adobe product(s) you use

Click the "down arrow" symbol on the right (where it says All communities) to open the drop down list and scroll
