The prices I am seeing are for academic discount. You need to PROVE you are eligible. The Adobe online store offers academic pricing as well.

I would post to those fora, as subscribers might have knowledge of this reseller.

In general terms, if the price is much below the Adobe Store, then there is most likely an issue.

I'd also Google that seller to see what the responses are.
