Major Problem In Adobe Creative Suite 4

New Here ,
Apr 29, 2009 Apr 29, 2009

Hi all,

I cannot start any of the adobe softwares in cs4 with non-administrator account in my client machine. I already have full control rights for all the folder and harddisk, however I still cannot start any of the softwares. When I tried to start photoshop or any cs4 software, there will be an error prompt saying that the licensing for adobe product has stopped working and asked me to restart the com. I tried restarting, but it doesn't work at all.

I tried calling the adobe support and the service person said that cs4 softwares can only work with administrative account. I cannot have everyone in my work environment to have administrator account, is there any other solution to this problem. I think this is a major security flaw in cs4. Adobe cannot expect everyone to have administrator right in an enterprise environment. Please help. Thanks

Seems like yet another OP may have run afoul of the wrong forum showing after a login.

Either way, this is the wrong forum for this post.
