Need to Edit Information in Question

I posted this thread earlier:

However, the link that I provided is no longer functional.  I would like to simply be able to edit the question so that I can update the link with a functioning one, but it seems that I'm unable to do so.  Is it possible for me to edit my question if a moderator allows it?
