New Forum - what's this forum for?

Hi
On the new forum - (which I understand is work in progress) I see the sub forum "community help" 
is this forum for ACP's? It seems to perhaps be public (althoigh not listed on the home page anywhere I can see) and people seem to be posting nebulous questions to it. 
mayeb this particular forum needs an explanationas to what its for, i.e. what should be posted here?

Hi there, thanks for your post.  This forum is a public one (you'll find a link to it at the very foot of the Welcome Page - Community Help.  ACPs can either post here as well, or in the private Back Room if you have any questions about navigating this community.
