Why i'm not getting any reply notification on my Email?

 

Getting messages on my Community INBOX but nothing on my Email???

 

Any Suggestions?

Hi,

I experienced the same issue before where I wasn't receiving any reply notifications on my email even though I was getting messages in my community inbox. To solve this problem, I checked my email settings and made sure that email notifications for replies were enabled.

Additionally, I verified that the email address linked to my community inbox was correct and active. After making these adjustments, I started receiving reply notifications on my email as expected

I haven't received email notifications of private messages for at least a month, despite having notifications turned on. But it's likely this will be dismissed as not-a-bug ("works for me") and never addressed.

i don't get them either, but there are much more significant(imo) adobe website problems.

 

you can report, for applicable apps, use https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html

 

 

for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

So you believe that Adobe has explicitly deprioritized this issue of not receiving notifications?

Click your forum Avatar.  Select Account Settings > Notifications.

Which settings are checked?

 

I turned off email copies and never looked back. I was getting too much forum spam and email copies were clogging my inbox. If I want to know who has replied, I come to the web forum and check my Notifications panel (bell icon).

I checked my prevoius messages and they are not on my Email

 

But i guess problem solved i just got your message on my Email.

if you click your forum icon at the upper right and click my follows (and wait patiently), you can see what you're following and what email you expect to receive.
