I received an email saying that I was  promoted to Spectator, But I don't understand what will happen to me with this rank

    Khoros is a social media platform that was jerry-rigged for use as community support boards.  It is what it is.

    Adobe clearly have some control since they created, and removed, ranks...

    The ranks mean nothing, but come from using the forum a certain number of times. In this case just reading some messages, I think. I don't know why Adobe waste their time with this, are any grown ups really motivated by gold stars?

    As far as I know, Adobe has nothing to do with this... it is a function of the forum software that Adobe rents
