Technology behind Photoshop express

Well, I have to write a paper about Photoshop express and one chapter has to be about web 2.0 technologies that are used for creating/building web service Photoshop express. I have no knowledge about that topic, and I don't know why I decided to write about that . Please help! I tried to google but with no results.

It is a free product as far as I am aware for IOs devices so there is absolutely no challenge to use it!!!!
