Unistalling trials

Question

So, i've had adobe after effects cs4 trial on my computer and the trial has been done for at least 1-2 years now and i just want uninstall it so i could have more room on my computer. Also photoshop. In general, I just want to know how to uninstall trials form my computer.

First, it would be better if you asked in the appropriate product forum, e.g. under http://forums.adobe.com/community/aftereffects_general_discussion and http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop
