Remove the Top reply feature

I don't see any use of the Top reply feature.

Firstly, bots can "promote" any random comment (and often do). Secondly, it just increases the length of the page that needs to be scrolled and draws unnecessary attention from the topics themselves.

This is something that is controlled by Khoros, the forum software, and not by Adobe.

When a reply has four "likes" it becomes a "top reply" until another post gets four likes and becomes the next "top reply".

For my part, I just ignore it.
